How are these different from Himalayan-style yak chews?

Unlike many Himalayan-style chews, which often come from hundreds of small farmers with varying quality standards, our chews are made in one dedicated Belgian facility using ethically sourced milk. This allows us to maintain consistency, traceability, and top-tier quality in every batch.
What is "meadow milk"?

Meadow milk is a legally recognized term in parts of Europe that refers to milk produced by cows that spend a minimum of 120 days per year, for at least 6 hours a day, grazing freely in open pastures. The milk used in our chews is sourced from farms that meet these standards and fall within a 200 km radius of our production facility in Belgium. This ensures the milk is fresh, nutrient-rich, and ethically sourced in support of both animal welfare and product integrity.
Do the chews have a strong smell?

Not at all! Our chews have a mild, natural cheese aroma thanks to the slow drying process. They contain no artificial smoke or odors and are unlikely to leave any lingering scents or stains in your home.
Do you use any artificial smoke or flavoring?

No, our chews are never smoked and contain no artificial flavors. Instead, they go through a traditional slow drying process that naturally enhances their taste and texture, no added flavoring or smoke needed!
How should I store the chews?

Store them in a cool, dry place, and make sure they’re kept away from moisture to prevent softening. Avoid refrigerating the chews, as this can reduce their shelf life. You can reseal the packaging or store the chew in an airtight container between uses.
Are these chews suitable for puppies and senior dogs?

Our chews can be enjoyed by dogs of all life stages, but we recommend supervising younger puppies and senior dogs, especially if they have dental issues or are aggressive chewers. Choose the appropriate size based on your dog’s weight and chewing habits.
My dog finished the chew pretty quickly, is that normal?

Every dog chews differently. If your dog is a particularly aggressive chewer, the chew may not last as long. You might consider upsizing or offering the chew for shorter periods of supervised enjoyment.
Are these suitable for cats or other pets?

These chews are designed specifically for dogs and are not recommended for cats or other animals. We always recommend choosing species-appropriate treats to ensure safety.
